"Absolutely Adore This Brand!"
I feel bad for some of the negative reviews because I've consistently had fantastic customer support from this company. I'm a big fan! They always get back to me when I have questions, and there was this one time my order didn’t arrive, and they promptly sent me a replacement, which I was super grateful for! Plus, their probiotics are just the best <3

"NEVER GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN"
It’s been 8 days and my order hasn’t even been shipped. They don’t respond to any of my emails. I’ve requested a refund, but still no word back. The service is just terrible, and their promises of quick delivery and customer support within 4 hours are total nonsense. Never gonna happen again.

"Awesome Customer Support!"
I experienced great communication during my order process and right up to the delivery. Super pleased with their service! I placed my order for the collagen powder on January 3rd, 2023, and it showed up on the 7th. I've only been using it for two mornings, so fingers crossed I’ll notice some results soon.

"Very disappointing experience"
Having gone through the one-star ratings, I must say I’m on the same page as those folks.
I placed my order on December 9, 2022, and I’m still waiting for the item to show up. Sure, I get that there were Royal Mail strikes and the holiday season, but when I check the tracking, it looks like Royal Mail hasn’t even picked it up from Wellgard yet. The tracking info has been stuck on 'sender sending item' since December 12, 2022!
I filled out the contact form on Wellgard’s site, which claims I should hear back in four hours, but that hasn’t happened. I also tried calling the number listed on their website, but no luck there either. I sent an email asking for a refund, but I’m not holding my breath for a reply. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere and canceled my subscription since it seems way too unreliable to try again, especially with zero customer service.
Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend using them again, and it looks like I’m not the only one who feels this way.

"Ordered Some Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies..."
I ordered some gummies made from Apple Cider Vinegar. They’re really great! The delivery took a little longer than expected, but that was due to Royal Mail and their strikes. If it weren't for that, I reckon it would have arrived quicker.

"Avoid This Company"
Steer clear of this company. I made an order on November 25th, and even with the Royal Mail strikes, I should've gotten it by now. The customer service rep was totally unhelpful, unprofessional, and even chuckled when I asked for a refund, throwing around the word 'cool' way too much. Not once did he show any empathy or say sorry. I inquired about why I hadn’t heard back from my email, and he just shrugged it off, saying he didn’t know and asked if I realized they were a small business (in a sarcastic way, mind you), which I had no clue about. A small business that clearly spends a ton on a nice website but can’t deliver decent service or hire/train proper staff. It was obvious the call wasn’t being recorded, and he confirmed that too. Given this experience, I’d be really worried about the quality of their vitamins. Guess I’m heading back to Holland and Barrett.

"Customer Service is a No-Show"
I just had a really annoying experience with customer service. I placed my order on November 26th, and it was supposed to be sent out with a 48-hour tracking. I reached out via email on Monday to follow up, but got no response or even a hint that they acknowledged my message. Even with the strikes going on, I thought I’d have received my order by now. They told me to call back next Tuesday if it doesn’t arrive, but there was no offer to check on my order or resend it—just a lot of passing the buck. Eventually, they mentioned a refund, but we’ll see if that actually happens. I won’t be ordering from this company again, even though their products are pretty good. Their customer service is just nonexistent.

"Incompetent Phone Support"
This is regarding the customer service. I’m really sorry, but where is the actual support? Why does the photographer keep picking up the phone and saying there’s no one available to talk to? I’m baffled by how this company operates. The products are decent, but when I email, I get no response. When I call, I keep getting the same guy, who I’m told is a photographer, but I’m not buying that. I was assured a refund for my last order since it got lost, and I was told it would be free of charge by someone named Nicole in an email the next day. It’s odd to me that every time I call, I get this same guy who is completely unhelpful and insists there’s no one else around to assist. I really think he shouldn’t be answering the phone if he can’t handle basic issues. I’m just so puzzled by how this company operates. The products are great, but the customer service is lacking. This mysterious Nicole promised my refund due to the poor service I received, and yet here I am, talking to the same guy again. I’ve been in customer service for 15 years, and this isn’t how it should be done. It’s just bad service. If you say you’re refunding an order because it was lost and due to the poor service I got on the phone, and you’re sending a new order at no cost, then I shouldn’t have to call back and get the same person who can’t help. They did eventually refund this order, but asking Trustpilot to take down my review is just wrong. This should be seen as constructive feedback. Your products are really good, but the customer service needs serious improvement, and this is my experience with it.

I reached out to customer support through email about a delivery that went missing (not Wellgard's fault, the courier dropped it off at the wrong place). I was able to provide photo proof that the package was left at an incorrect location.
No hassle, no questions asked—Wellgard sent out replacement items at no charge.
Besides the fantastic customer support, I'm also really pleased with the product itself—Pure Collagen. It's a great deal for the price and doesn’t taste bad like some other options out there.
